Team ROVI @ REAL is a 100+ agent real estate team operating inside REAL Broker across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Florida. We are looking for licensed agents who want consistent lead flow, real training, and a transaction team behind them — without paying for leads or upfront desk fees.
