Twenty-plus years in real estate. Became part-owner of five Century 21 offices in 2007, founded ROVI Homes in 2015 and grew it to 250+ agents across five states (2x INC 5000), and merged it into REAL Broker in December 2024. Runs Team ROVI day to day and reads every intro request himself.
Lauren
Full-time on training. Runs the live group calls and one-on-one coaching — pipeline reviews, deal structure, scripting, business-building. The point isn’t to teach you to sell; it’s to put you in front of enough buyers and sellers that selling is the part you have to figure out.
Justin Mandese
The broker you escalate to when a deal needs a broker. Runs the Wednesday REAL Broker Call — industry updates, legal and compliance, live Q&A — and handles same-day broker questions across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
LJ
Runs onboarding and license transfers. Most agents are up and running within 24–48 hours of getting us what we need. The bottleneck is almost always how fast the agent moves, not how fast we move.
